Settings

Give it a minute. A trader with the hub already open keeps the old rules until they close and reopen it. Reloading does not help; the wait is subreddit-wide. Both waits.
Sixteen settings accept any value and move it into range on read, without an error and without changing what the screen shows. The full table.
Trade Post no longer stores shipping addresses or payment handles, so the setting was removed. Reddit’s app review does not permit an app to hold them. Traders exchange them in Reddit messages instead. Trade rules.
The floor is 90 days; anything lower is raised. A listing post keeps its own copy of an item for 90 days, so earlier deletion makes traded items reappear as available on live posts.
0 on the traded window means follow the idle window. Set both item windows to 0 to keep traded items forever. Why.
The propagation window. The composer is showing older rules while the server judges by the new ones. Clears in about a minute; a trader with the hub open needs to reopen it.

Flair and trade counts

Check in order: user flair disabled subreddit-wide; mode set to Keep our existing bot or Leave flair alone, which write no flair; app account missing moderator permissions; or the flair is near 64 characters with no room to append, in which case Trade Post declines rather than truncating. The modes.
Expected. The first flair write clears the template and background colour and forces text colour to dark, because Reddit’s flair API replaces rather than patches. The warning and what to do about it.
Check the bot name is filled in; blank disarms the mode and the confirm button never appears. Then check the phrase contains both {bot} and {user} and matches what your bot parses.
Press Rebuild trade counts in Mod tools. Safe to repeat; it never lowers a count. It will not raise the number above what the flair says, because it reclassifies rather than adds. What the rebuild does.
Two different numbers. They drift when a moderator or bot edits flair by hand, or when a count expires. To correct the public number, edit the flair directly: Trade Post reads whatever is there on the next completed trade and increments it.

Trades and inventory

The window is fixed onto each trade at accept. The change applies to new trades.
Server-set, so traders cannot clear it. The inventory sweep at :15 frees items stuck on a trade that no longer exists; the stalled-trade sweep at :00 releases items from trades past their deadline.
Imports only add. There is no id column, so nothing can match a row to an existing item. Delete the duplicates.
Conditions are stored as keys, not labels. Re-wording keeps existing items only if the key is unchanged. How the keys work.
A removal is treated as a deletion and the record was erased on arrival. It cannot be restored. Prefer a reply over a removal on offer comments you want to keep.

The ledger

Either nothing has resolved yet, or the write has not run. It runs at :30. There is no wiki setting to check; the ledger uses the moderator wiki, which is always available to your team.
A month whose writes keep failing is set aside after six attempts so it does not block the rest. Nothing is deleted, but restoring it needs a hand. What to do.
An old page layout. Rebuild trade counts re-formats it, and is the only thing that rewrites a finished month. Prose typed onto the page does not survive.

Mod tools

Up to ten minutes. Reddit does not announce team changes, so Trade Post re-checks periodically.
No. It means Trade Post has no record of them. They may have traded before you installed it, or in another subreddit.
Your subreddit is not tracking that outcome, so a zero would misrepresent the trader. Negative tracking.

Still stuck

Getting help covers where to ask and where to report something broken, and what to include either way. Mod tools links both from the bottom of the screen.
